William Karges v. Dellis Montell (Los Angeles Cty 1999) Critiqued the damage claims of a minority shareholder from the alleged misuse of funds by the majority shareholder.

Bancroft Holdings v. PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Federal District Court, Los Angeles 1999) Evaluated plaintiff's claims of malpractice in the audit of an insurance company.

Sprint Communications v. Asian American Communications (Los Angeles Cty 1998) Evaluated various damage claims of both plaintiff and defendant in a matter involving the sale of long distance telephone service.

Voxel v. General Scannning (AAA Arbitration 1997) Quantified the damages suffered by a medical device company from the inability of the defendant to provides contracted manufacturing.

Ringside Ticket v. Shane Moseley (Los Angeles Cty 1996) Consulted on potential losses suffered by a boxing promoter from loss of contract with Mr. Moseley.

Excelline Foods v. Freezing Systems (Los Angeles Cty 1996) Evaluated damage claims of plaintiff related to inability to operate frozen food manufacturing facility.

PFF Insurance Service v. JMC Insurance Services (AAA Arbitration 1993) Quantified the damages suffered by a financial institution from lost commissions on sale of annuity products.

Cervanko v. Centro (San Diego 1987). Testified about projected income of a contract employee in a breach of contract case.

Western Cities Broadcasting, Inc. v. Eldorado Communications (Jefferson Cty, Co 1989) Testified about business losses to a lessor of space on a communications tower resulting from a breach of contract by a lessee.

I.M.E. v. Winsoon Inc. (Orange County Superior Court) Determined lost Profits of plaintiff company due to failure of defendant to adequately repair machinery associated with the manufacturing of a yogurt-based soft drink.

Davis v. Know & Kroner. (Delaware Chancery Court) Determined lost profits due to dissolution of an insurance brokerage firm.

Lalepour v. Lincoln Emerald Partnership. (Los Angeles Superior Court) Analyzed lost profits of a wholesale jewelry business due to breach of a security agreement.

Evans, et al. v. Prichard, et al. (Orange County Superior Court) Determined lost profits and business value dollars of a food products manufacturer.

Charles Hohl v. Larry Smith. (Orange County Superior Court) Determined lost profits of an athletic and sports facility due to disruptions caused by an adjacent tenant.

Burlington Resources v. Saguaro Power. (Federal District Court, Nevada) Analyzed economic impact of a natural gas supply contract and the operation of an electric power plant.

Carpenter v. Matco Tools. (Santa Clara County Superior Court) Analyzed lost profits of a series of individuals due to breach of support agreements in the distribution of tools.

Tower Health v. State of California. (Federal District Court, Los Angeles) Determined lost profits suffer by a plaintiff H.M.O. for the state’s failure to approve on a timely basis an application to expand it’s operation.

Stanford University v. Kirby. (Riverside County Superior Court) Determined lost profits and valuation of a date farm in the Coachella Valley.
