Statistical Analysis

Contact: Dr. Robert Trout (robert.trout@litecon.com)

Lit.Econ LLP consultants have used statistical analysis or multivariate analysis to help determine liability in business cases, or to estimate economic losses. We have used standard statistical models such as multiple regression and logistic regression to determine the effect of variables on a dependent variable, such as business revenues. We have also used multivarite statistical methods, such as discriminant analysis, factor analysis, canonical correlation, and cluster analysis to analyze the relationships among various factors in business litigation cases.
