Future Duration of Employment

“Duration of Employment: Updated Analysis,” Journal of Forensic Economics, Vol 16, No

This article presents an econometric model that can be used to estimate the likely future expected worklife for an individual with a particular employer.  This is different from expected future worklife with any employer that one would get from typical BLS employment tables.  It relates only to how long a worker would have remained with a particular employer.
